Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes selecting the wrong size or colour, deciding that an item does not suit your preferences, or no longer wanting the item.

Returns or refunds may be considered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at judeejewellery@gmail.com before returning any item. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographs of the issue, where applicable.

Please do not send any items back without receiving return instructions from us.

Damages and Issues

If your jewellery arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us as soon as possible at judeejewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, where possible.

We will review the issue and advise you of the next steps. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change-of-mind purchases.
- Incorrect size or colour selections made by the customer.
- Items that have been worn or used where the return is due to change of mind.
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.

These exclusions do not apply where a return, replacement, repair, or refund is required by applicable law.
